Make RetrieverResource.teardown_after_execution idempotent

RetrieverResource is wired both as its own top-level resource and nested
inside AdminOneResource. Dagster's pythonic-resource resolution runs a
separate setup/teardown lifecycle for each reference rather than treating
them as the same instance, so two independent instances end up managing
the same on-disk scratch folder - whichever teardown runs first deletes
it, and the second then raises FileNotFoundError trying to delete it
again. Harmless (every asset has already materialized successfully by
teardown time) but showed up as a scary ERROR-level trace after a
real UI-triggered run; swallow the second cleanup's FileNotFoundError.
