docs(menu): use the cui prefix in the menu custom properties (#1058)

The Text, Forms and Scrollable menus examples set --bs-menu-min-width,
--bs-menu-max-height and --bs-menu-overflow-y. The stylesheet emits those
tokens under the cui prefix, so all three declarations were inert: the two
panels ignored the width they advertised, and the scrollable one neither
capped its height at 145px nor scrolled.
