feat: re-register the push token at launch, and log what the app does (#5)

Two gaps found while proving the end-to-end path on real handsets.

The push token was only ever sent at enrolment. OnNewToken fires on
rotation, so a handset whose token was not ready at the moment it
enrolled never heard from it again and stayed poll-only permanently,
looking healthy from both ends. App.OnStart now calls
DeviceAuthService.RestoreAsync, which sends the current token
unconditionally rather than guessing what the server holds.
HeadlessMessages.ReportPushToken delegates to the same method instead
of keeping its own copy, so the two ways a token reaches Fellowship
cannot drift.

Serilog to a rolling daily file, and to the IDE in Debug. Several
catches swallow on purpose -- throwing out of OnMessageReceived kills
the process Android started to deliver the message -- but "swallowed"
had come to mean "swallowed without trace". They still swallow; they
now say so. No remote sink, unlike Hand: a late message does not
justify a log-ingestion token in every APK. SetupSerilog cannot throw,
so a sink that will not build leaves the silent default rather than
becoming a failure of its own.
