feat: upload parquet via PutObject-only so the S3 backend needs no longer requires GetObject permission (#3888)

* upload parquet via PutObject-only so the S3 backend needs no s3:GetObject permission

* adds `backend_id` to logging for S3 adaptor; improve `put_parquet/4` by handling provider specific path logic

* remove custom request logger - will follow-up later with a more robust solution

* Update docs/docs.logflare.com/docs/backends/s3.mdx
