docs(cli): Point at the wallet backup where people will see it (#999)

The quickstart takes someone from install to a funded Lightning wallet
without ever mentioning that the wallet file holds the only copy of their
keys. show-mnemonic, backup-wallet-file and backup-wallet-did all exist,
and are discoverable only by already knowing to look.

create-id now prints one line pointing at the recovery phrase, on stderr
so it cannot land in a piped DID. It is unconditional: a wallet is
created on demand, so any create-id may be the run that made one, and
detecting exactly which costs far more than the line is worth.

The README's onboarding section and the keymaster package README show the
backup step in the command sequence rather than only in a reference
table.

Not added to scripts/archon-cli.js: that drives a remote wallet through
KeymasterClient, so there is no local file to back up and the advice
would be wrong.
