docs(tab): show the plugin driving a list group (#1042)

The plugin has always accepted `.list-group` as a tab list and
`data-coreui-toggle="list"` as a trigger — `SELECTOR_TAB_PANEL`,
`SELECTOR_OUTER` and `SELECTOR_DATA_TOGGLE` all name them — but the page showed
only navs and pills, and never mentioned the third toggle value at all.
