chore: remove template support left after the editor sunset

Drop the dead template gallery/listing subsystem and the now-unreachable
template scene-loading path: the login-time loadTemplates fetch, the
LOAD_TEMPLATES redux flow, TemplateCard, modules/template, the template
URL parser, and the PreviewType.TEMPLATE branches in the scene/manifest
loaders. Remove getTemplate/getTemplates and the @dcl/builder-templates
dependency (drops the ~416kB templates chunk from the bundle). Keep the
defensive isTemplate filter and is_template API mapping.
