chore: remove dead code orphaned by the editor sunset

Delete components, modals, and redux flows left unreachable after the
editors, viewers, and creation/edit paths were removed: SideBar,
SDK6TopBar, LocalStorageToast, the Templates pages, the create/edit
modals (CustomLayout, CloneTemplate, EditProject, SceneCreation, Import,
Tutorial) and their transitive helpers, plus the now-dead
createProjectFromTemplate/editProject/importProject/duplicateProject
actions and their dead i18n. Leaves modules/pool and the createProject/
createScene persistence path for a separate follow-up.
