docs(nav): combine navs with menus, not the compatibility layer (#1035)

Both examples reached for the dropdown plugin, which v6 keeps only so v5 markup
keeps working — the migration guide and the dropdown page itself both say to
prefer Menu for new work and warn it may go in v7. A page showing how to build
a nav today should not open with the component we are steering people off.
