feat: offer SDK6 to SDK7 conversion during scene download

Fold the SDK6 to SDK7 migration into the export flow: ExportModal shows
an opt-in 'convert to SDK7' checkbox for SDK6 scenes (default off, plain
SDK6 download stays the default). The conversion is non-destructive - it
builds the SDK7 files in memory via the migration utils and passes the
CRDT to createSDK7Files, never uploading or overwriting the stored scene.
Delete the standalone MigrateSceneToSDK7 modal and its now-dead redux
path, which previously opened the removed editor.
