feat: remove the SDK7 web inspector editor

Delete InspectorPage and the modules/inspector iframe bridge (actions,
reducer, sagas, selectors), unwire the inspector redux slice, and drop
the dead window.editor SDK6 saga logic and the iframe-client branches in
the media/sync sagas. Remove the inspector public bundles and the
postinstall step that copied them, plus the inspector env/config/i18n.
Keep modules/inspector/utils.ts (the migration engine) intact.
