feat(postgrest): let a typed upsert ignore duplicates instead of merging them (#1309)

Adds PostgrestConflictResolution, a RawRepresentable struct carrying the
resolution= preference, as a defaulted parameter on the four typed upsert
overloads. The default stays merge-duplicates, so existing call sites are
unchanged.

Fixes SDK-1627
