fix(postgrest): keep resolution=merge-duplicates when returning() follows upsert (#1308)

returning() replaced the whole Prefer header instead of merging into it,
silently dropping the resolution= preference upsert() had already set and
turning the upsert into a plain insert.

Fixes SDK-1626
