Record three lessons from this session's issue sweep (#168)

An incomplete corpus reported 0 differences for #130 while 17 tests failed --
tests/iedb_allele_counts.csv and the netMHCpan lists had never been in it.

Two prefixes carried notes claiming someone else had attested them, and neither
citation held: IIBI is a GenBank gene symbol, and the de Groot report does not
contain the six primate _LA codes.

And the WHO nomenclature files were one fetch away throughout #153, mirrored at
ANHIG/IMGTHLA, while I recorded the canonical URL's 404 as "could not
establish".
