Document conda-forge install and the pip vs conda CLI-binary gap

PAMTRA has been on conda-forge since v1.1.0, but the docs never
mentioned installing the package itself from there -- only using
conda-forge packages as build dependencies for a from-source build.

Added a "conda-forge (prebuilt, includes the CLI binary)" section to
installation.rst and a short pointer in readme.md, explaining the
one real functional difference between the two prebuilt paths: the
pip wheel ships pyPamtra only (bundling netCDF-Fortran into a wheel
isn't practical, see d360994), while the conda-forge package builds
the standalone pamtra CLI binary too, since conda already manages
netCDF-Fortran as a regular dependency.

Verified with a local Sphinx build (no new warnings/errors beyond
pre-existing, unrelated ones).
