* docs(builtin): correct 15 inaccurate doc comments

Documentation only - no code, signature, or .mbti interface changes.
Every changed line is a /// doc line.

Verified on the full change set: moon check --deny-warn --target all
clean on all four backends, moon test 7548 passed / 0 failed, moon info
produced no .mbti diff.

* docs: address Codex review — cite @int64.MIN_VALUE in Int64::abs doc

`Int64::min_value()` is not a method. The int64 package exports
`pub const MIN_VALUE` (with a deprecated `pub let min_value` binding),
so the Int64::abs doc now references `@int64.MIN_VALUE`, matching the
`@int.min_value` style used for Int in builtin/intrinsics.mbt.
