fix: optimistic edits outlive their own echo until settle (#3123)

A continuation landing echoing an open transaction's keyed add no longer
satisfies the edit early. The replay dedupe now resolves structure from
the landing and value from the intent: the echoed row keeps the landed
slot, the re-executed edit's value masks it until its transaction
settles. An edit lives exactly as long as its transaction — settle is
the only reckoning, with no early-satisfaction carve-out.
