refactor(scss)!: drop .btn-transparent (#1012)

The class only blanked the button's hover, active and disabled border colours.
It was never part of the base button selector, so on its own it gave no button
styling at all — it worked only next to `.btn`, and nothing in the library or
the docs ever wrote it.

`.btn-ghost` is the v6 variant for a button that shows nothing but its text
until hover, and it carries the base styling on its own. The removal is
declared in the class API map so the gate points anyone still writing the old
class at it.
