Correct the docstrings

- Both apply functions advertised H(dBuA/m) = Vsa - AF + cable_loss, but
the code always adds the antenna factor, so that equation could never
be produced. Document that callers must negate the antenna factors to
  calculate H.
- keep_max claimed to govern only antenna_factors and cable_losses, but
analyzer_readings is de-duplicated with it too, so the returned array
can be shorter than the input. This is what the FIXME in the tests was
asking about; replace it with the explanation.
- remove_antenna_factor described its input as analyzer readings and its
output as the incident field, which is backwards for the inverse
  operation.
- Spell the cable_losses argument correctly.
