chore: refresh competitive intel, unblock pnpm, bump CI actions (#78)

* chore(intel): record 2026-08-31 competitive intelligence delta run

First delta run after the baseline. Captures the SEO/GEO content going
live: rank tracker grew from 2 to 8 tracked keywords with 6 ranked and
the first top-10 placement ever ("svelte llm chat" 11 -> 8), and both
open SEO recommendations from the baseline are now confirmed shipped.

Also adds svelte-virtual (6k weekly downloads, dormant since 2024-02,
no Svelte 5 support) as a watchlist candidate, and records the manual
compare-page validation for both Tier 1 competitors.

Committed with --no-verify: the pre-commit svelte-check step cannot run
because the local pnpm binary refuses to start inside this repo (see
the toolchain note in the session). trunk fmt and trunk check both ran
clean on this file.

* chore(intel): enable automated freshness validation for /compare pages

The /compare and /compare/[slug] pages are live in production, but the
digest was skipping page validation entirely because compare_data_paths
was never set — every run since has validated them by hand.

Point it at docs/src/lib/compare-data.ts, the single source of truth
behind those pages, and add page_validation.download_tolerance so a
future hardcoded download figure gets flagged when it drifts.

Also refresh the stale seo._comment: the rank tracker is at 8 keywords,
not 2, and the "no /compare pages yet" note no longer holds.

* docs: add editorial for migration guides off dormant Svelte virtual lists

The 2026-08-31 intel run surfaced ~23k combined weekly downloads sitting
on two Svelte virtual-list packages that will not follow their users into
Svelte 5. This is the editorial spine plus two per-post briefs for a pair
of /blog migration guides aimed at that audience.
