chore(scss): drop add() and subtract() (#1001)

Both wrapped calc() to keep a unitless 0 from invalidating the
expression. v6 computes derived values in the browser and reaches for
calc() directly — 243 times in the stylesheet, and not once for these
two. They had no callers left in scss/, none in the docs outside the
section describing them, and upstream removed them in v6 as well.

divide() stays: the grid mixins use it three times. The sass:meta and
sass:string imports go with the functions that needed them.

The Sass page documented them under their own heading, which pointed
readers at the pre-v6 pattern. Replaced by completing the Map helpers
list with negativify-map(), which the spacing utilities do use.
