docs(skill): write every command in the summary with its area prefix

The bundled skill's Command summary listed session, workspace, window,
surface, quick and sidebar commands bare under their bold area heading,
while reference.md and examples.md write all of them with the prefix. An
agent copying a summary line verbatim gets a parse error naming an option
rather than an unknown subcommand, so it reads as wrong flags instead of a
missing prefix.

Prefix every command form in those six areas and the prose referencing
them, plus the stragglers left bare in reference.md and examples.md.
