sopranos: convert a PS2 disc's assets with one command

Add a reader and converter set for The Sopranos: Road to Respect, built
on the 7 Studios engine. `dade sopranos unpack` takes a disc image, a
directory searched recursively for .FS archives however they are cased,
or any number of archives named directly, and with --convert writes PNG
textures, WAV audio, and binary glTF for the levels.

The level .glb carries the level's props placed in it: the objects come
from the .SGP2 libraries belonging to the level and the .OLV file gives
each one its position and heading. Both the item and material tables and
the per-item command lists are read the way the game's own accessors read
them, so a character wears one of each interchangeable wardrobe piece
rather than all of them at once.
