refactor: remove concat-stream dependency (#1356)

busboy file streams only emit Buffers, so MemoryStorage can collect the
chunks and Buffer.concat them itself. Drops concat-stream and its
transitive dependencies (readable-stream, buffer-from, typedarray,
inherits) from the production install.
