fix(headers): make the table.hpp headers self-contained and guard the last 7 headers (#1422) (#1431)

Every number/*/table.hpp uses its type, its to_binary() and its stream operator but carried
no include that provides them, so each compiled only when something else had been included
first. As the first Universal header in a translation unit they failed:

    cfloat 47 errors    areal 8    lns 8    dbns 7    takum 6    -> all 0

Which include each takes follows what the type actually offers: cfloat, lns and takum are
layered, so they take their iostream.hpp, which supplies the type, to_binary() and
operator<< together. areal and dbns are not layered yet, so they take the umbrella.
fixpnt's was fixed already in #1421.

is_takum_log lives in number/takum/takum_traits.hpp, not traits/takum_traits.hpp as the
naming of every other traits header would suggest.

Also closed the second half of the issue: 7 headers tree-wide had no include guard at all,
now 0. Each was checked for a legacy #ifndef guard first -- none had one, so all seven were
genuinely unprotected.

The guards were verified to work rather than assumed. Three of the seven still error when
included twice, but with counts IDENTICAL to a single include (7/7, 22/22, 73/73), so the
guard is doing its job and those headers are simply not self-contained -- a separate defect
that is deliberately not addressed here.

Verified: all six table.hpp compile as the sole Universal include; every newly guarded
header is double-include clean; 79 consumers of the touched headers build and run on gcc
and clang. Four more fail, all pre-existing and identical on main: three archived files
referencing headers removed in #1243, and a benchmark that includes
universal/functions/isrepresentable.hpp, which does not exist anywhere in include/.

Closes #1422
