Pin the sidecar composition recommended in discussion #3085

Render membership from the user's store (optimistic overlays are read-time
overrides, visible to direct readers mid-action) and join library-owned
ephemera by row id from a keyed sidecar store. Verifies the full lifecycle:
optimistic membership and field edits render through the library
immediately, sidecar writes persist before/during/after the action —
including ephemera written for an optimistic row while its action is in
flight — and settle reverts the overlay without touching the sidecar.
