feat: report the pane session.restore wrote (#495)

`session restore --pane-id <token>` addresses a surface by its spawn token rather than by a role, so the caller could not tell which pane it pinned without re-reading the tree and diffing `restoreCommand` against `splitRestoreCommand`. Every success now names the pane, on the `--pane` and default-to-main paths too, so nothing has to branch on how the pane was addressed. The control-API contract also gains the rule this exposed: an unknown argument is dropped silently by an app that predates it, unlike an unknown command, so a field that decides where a mutation lands needs a read-back.
