feat: export peekNextChildId from solid-js

Already public in @solidjs/signals next to the exported getNextChildId;
surfacing it on both builds lets external-cache integrations address the
serialized hydration entry of a node they are about to create without
consuming the id (e.g. a data library priming its own cache from its
computation's serialized payload).
