ci: resolve @solidjs/compiler platform binaries from the registry

The stub overrides existed so frozen installs resolved before the
binaries workflow published; rc.3 is on the registry now, and the
stubs (no .node inside) broke every suite that loads the compiler
through @solidjs/vite-plugin on CI — element's, since the next.34
bump switched the plugin from @dom-expressions/compiler.
