fix(buttons): toggle labels without .btn are clickable again (#951)

The deprecated-input selector was .btn-check:not(.btn), and a v6 toggle
label spelled with only a variant class (.btn-check .btn-outline) matched
it — inheriting the input's pointer-events: none, so the label could not
be clicked and the toggle never fired. The deprecated .btn-check is now
the one carrying no button spelling at all
(.btn-check:not($btn-variant-selectors)), which only ever matches the
old input. Verified in Chromium: v6 checkbox and radio labels toggle
with the checked fill, grouped corners intact; the deprecated
input+label pair still works and the input stays hidden.
