* feat(scss)!: components read stops of a numeric radius scale

One global --cui-border-radius rounded every component the same .375rem.
:root now emits a radius scale — --cui-radius-0..9 as multiples of
$radius (.5rem) plus --cui-radius-pill — and component tokens read stops
of it: buttons, inputs, alerts, list groups, tabs, progress, tooltips
and thumbnails on radius-5, badges, cards, popovers, dialogs, drawers
and menus on radius-7, pills on radius-9, kbd on radius-3. Most corners
get visibly rounder; a page re-rounds the library by overriding a stop
or $radius, with no recompile. Dialog and drawer lose their frozen
.75rem literals for the same stop, and kbd and the menu stop freezing
Sass values into their tokens.

The $border-radius(-sm/-lg/...) variables and tokens are unchanged and
keep driving the rounded-* utilities. Migration entry with the per-stop
assignments; the radius scale is documented on utilities/border-radius.

* test(visual): recapture darwin baselines for the radius scale

Six field-component frames cross the mismatch allowance because their
corners are deliberately rounder now (controls on radius-5, panels on
radius-7). Verified pair by pair that the only difference is the corner
arc. Linux baselines await a CI run — Actions minutes are exhausted.
