Fix experiment selection and recording flow in the dashboard

Insert a newly created experiment into the dropdown from the POST
response instead of refetching the list: NOMAD indexes the entry
asynchronously, so the immediate refetch never contained it and the
selection silently fell back to the placeholder right after Create.

Capture the selected experiment when recording starts and disable the
dropdown while recording — changing the selection mid-recording used
to file the audio into whatever was selected at stop time, or drop
the recorded blob entirely (leaving the upload button disabled).

Key the dropdown by entry_id so two collections in one upload no
longer collide, validate n_samples as a whole number >= 1 (parseInt
silently truncated '1e3' to 1), unify the recorded-blob and file-
picker upload paths into one uploadAudio, extract the repeated error-
detail parsing into errorDetail(), and stop the UI claiming Extract &
Upload attaches its results to the experiment — it creates separate
uploads.
