v1.47.0: widen APM featurization coverage (+54,682 exactly attributed rows) (#367)

Builds on #356.

Curated per-row labels. Some IEDB rows carry attributed_sample_label,
a per-observation donor/sample identifier. For PMID 31844290 all 11 of
its labels match a curated ms_samples entry exactly, yet the join
ignored the column and left those rows unattributed while heuristics
fought over the study's 107 mono-allelic transfectant samples. The
label is now a first-class join key that overrides every heuristic.

Vocabulary. ERAAP is the murine ortholog of ERAP1 and is what the mouse
literature uses; without the alias a mouse ERAP1 knockout landed in
other_perturbation. TAPBPR/TAPBPL edits peptide cargo independently of
the peptide-loading complex and was uncaptured entirely — \bTAPBP\b
correctly declines to match it, so it needed its own key and category.
