* docs: put variant sections where readers look for them on component pages

Component pages parked their theme-variant sections at the end of the page,
each under a different name, and two pages had structural defects:

- Alerts: show the neutral `.alert` on its own as the default, then a
  `Variants` section with the theme loop; `Solid` follows it and the
  remaining sections become top-level.
- Badge: `Sizes` moves out of `Examples` into its own section after
  `Variants`.
- Spinners: the color loop applied to both spinner types but hid under
  `Border spinner > Colors`; it is now a `Variants` section after
  `Growing spinner` covering both.
- Pagination, Nav: `Theming` renamed to `Variants` and moved next to the
  styles it modifies.
- Card: `Theming` (now `Theme variants`) and `Translucent` move from the
  tail of the page to before `Card layout`.
- Toasts: `Dark toasts` and the theme examples join `Examples`; a
  duplicated paragraph in `Color schemes` is removed.
- Tabs: the four demos get sections (`Nav tab`, `With arbitrary markup`,
  `Pills`) and the flat JS sections nest under `Usage`, fixing h4s that
  sat directly under h2s.

No inbound links target the renamed anchors.

* docs: show every theme color in the pagination Variants section

The section demonstrated a single theme-success pagination; it now loops
over the theme palette like the badge and card variant sections do.
