fix(android): stop applying the Kotlin Gradle Plugin

Apps listed bluebird_android under "uses the following plugins that apply
Kotlin Gradle Plugin (KGP)", which future Flutter versions turn into a build
failure.

The conditional apply added for the built-in Kotlin migration didn't help:
Flutter detects the declaration by regex-scanning build.gradle rather than by
inspecting Gradle state at runtime (FlutterPluginUtils.getSubprojectPluginState
— it does that deliberately, since conditional application at configuration
time causes lifecycle ordering issues). A line matching `apply plugin:
'kotlin-android'` is flagged whether or not it ever runs.

Removing it outright is safe across the supported range: under AGP 9+ (or
android.builtInKotlin=true) AGP compiles Kotlin itself, and below that
Flutter's own Gradle plugin applies kotlin-android to any plugin module that
doesn't declare it, using the app's KGP. That fallback is present in Flutter
3.44, the pubspec floor. Verified by building the example APK, which still
compiles the plugin's Kotlin and no longer prints the warning.
