chore: Fix version code calculation to prevent Play Store rejections

Replace simple dot removal with proper semantic versioning scheme (MAJOR*1000 + MINOR*100 + PATCH) to ensure version codes always increase. Add validation to prevent minor versions >9 and patch versions >99, and ensure new version codes never decrease from current value to avoid Play Store rejection of non-increasing version codes.
