Extract Patricia Trie into standalone subpackage github.com/morrowc/rislive/trie

- Move trie.go and trie_test.go into trie/ subpackage with package name trie.
- Export clean Tree, Node, and Prefix API for external and internal reuse.
- Update rislive.go to import and consume github.com/morrowc/rislive/trie.
