Fix all golangci-lint findings across codebase and tests

- Remove unused mutex lock field on Node in trie.go.
- Fix deferred Close error discards and ignore unused parameters in rislive.go and test helpers.
- Use slice append expansion for prefixes in rislive.go.
- Correct test assertion in TestInvalidTransitAS.
