[feature] Allowed partial custom API view modules #765

Added the ``get_view()`` helper function to resolve custom API views with
automatic fallback to standard views when a custom view is unavailable.
This allows developers to define only the specific API views they need
to customize rather than overriding the entire module.

Closes #765
