Make the mini avatar stack's member panel tappable on touch

Same issue as the header avatar tooltip: the member-list panel only
revealed on CSS :hover (plus a brief group-active flash that vanished
on touch release), so it was effectively unusable on touch devices.

Wraps just the avatar-stack trigger (not the whole component) in a
phx-click that toggles a marker class on the panel, with
phx-click-away on the outer element to dismiss it — so tapping the
stack opens the panel, tapping a row inside it doesn't close it, and
tapping elsewhere does. Hover and keyboard focus keep working
unchanged for mouse/keyboard users.
