Give the Appearance options a radio-check look, not a switch

The theme rows previously reused toggle_switch's literal track/thumb
shape, which reads as an on/off switch rather than a choice between
two options. Swap the indicator for a circular radio check instead,
keeping the same brand color and transition timing so it still shares
the toggle's visual identity.
