style(graph): make mesh network navigation buttons transparent (#4793)

The vis-network navigation buttons (zoom/pan controls) in the Mesh →
Network Graph view rendered with an opaque gray background, obscuring
the button icons — making them nearly invisible on dark backgrounds.

### Change

- Overrides vis-network's default gray `.vis-navigation .vis-button`
background with `transparent` in `ZwaveGraph.vue`

  background-color: transparent !important;

```
