feat(debug): add environment metadata to debug capture session (#4784)

The `session-metadata.json` included in debug capture archives only
contained timestamps, node IDs, and duration — missing context needed to
reproduce or triage issues.

### Changes

- **`api/lib/DebugManager.ts`**: Extends session metadata with four
additional fields:
  - `os` — host platform via `os.platform()`
  - `nodeVersion` — Node.js runtime version via `process.version`
  - `driverVersion` — Z-Wave JS library version via `libVersion`
  - `appVersion` — Z-Wave JS UI version via `getVersion()`

Example `session-metadata.json` output:
