Extract linear combination from `ufl`-expression (#504)

* Add linear combination extractor. Addresses https://github.com/FEniCS/ufl/issues/486
Written with the help of Gemini (August 2026).
I take full responsibility for the correctness and testing of the code.

* Generalize cofunction test and remove wrong comment

* Propagate processing of baseform through dagtraverser

* Remove test that didn't check what it claimed as UFL eagerly simplifies.

* Add fix for real-valued elements

* Separate cofunction and matrix from coefficient as you can't check if they are scalar constant expressions

* Fix linear combination extractor.
