Commit Message

Update room settings tests for the General/Room tab split

Moves the room-rename and password tests onto the new Room tab/route,
replaces the old per-room display-name tests with username tests on
the General tab, and drops the disconnected-render cookie test and the
security-tab-icon tests, whose assertions no longer have anywhere to
render now that those fields moved or the Security tab was removed.
