asio-sdk: build the vendored SDK under unity builds and every generator

score's Windows CI went red on the switch to upstream audiosdk/asio
(f4bb5b32f) for two reasons that the fork it replaced happened to hide.

Upstream common/iasiodrv.h has no include guard, and asio.cpp,
asiodrivers.cpp and asiolist.cpp all include it. score builds with
CMAKE_UNITY_BUILD=1, so the three end up in one translation unit and IASIO
is defined three times ("redefinition of 'IASIO'" on clang64, x86_64 and
arm64). The fork had added #pragma once. Turn unity builds off for this
target, as is done for kfr and re2.

5c440708d undefined WIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN for the target so that <ole2.h>, and
with it the `interface` macro, is reached again. That relies on -U coming
after the inherited -D, which holds for Ninja and the Makefiles but not for
the Visual Studio generators: MSBuild emits AdditionalOptions before
PreprocessorDefinitions, so on the MSVC job (VS 2026 + ClangCL) the define
won and every file failed with "unknown type name 'interface'". Replace it
with a force-included prelude (cmake/deps/asio-sdk-prelude.h) that brings
<windows.h> and <unknwn.h> in front of each source: <unknwn.h> includes
<ole2.h> on its own, whatever the define and whatever the flag order. This
is the same pair asio_protocol.hpp already includes for itself.

Checked on clang64: a unity build with -DWIN32_LEAN_AND_MEAN fails as on CI
before and builds after, and the target still builds inside score's tree.
