Fix superlinear regex backtracking in GerritAuth extraction (java:S8786) (#288)

Drop the redundant leading .*? (Matcher#find already scans all start
positions) and replace the reluctant (.+?) group with the unambiguous
[^"]+, removing the possibility of catastrophic backtracking.
