Open the avatar dialog on keyboard focus and press

Makes the room header's avatar stack keyboard-accessible: it's now
focusable (tabindex, with the shared focus-ignite ring) when the
dialog is enabled, and the panel opens on group-focus-visible in
addition to group-hover, so tabbing to the stack reveals the member
list the same way hovering does. Also opens on group-active, so a
press/tap surfaces it immediately for discoverability on touch
devices that don't get a hover state.

Along the way, fixed the stack's outer container never actually
carrying id={@id} -- only its children did, so the trigger itself
had no stable id to target despite the id attr being required.
