Commit Message

Use the shared avatar component in mini_avatar_stack

Removes the duplicated initials/color logic from
MiniAvatarStackComponent in favor of CustomComponents.avatar/1, and
adds the id the stack now requires to build each avatar's unique
hook id at every call site (session header, featured room, room
grid).
