Make JLedGroup a homogeneous, by-value group (again) (#192)

* Allow TJLedGroup to hold TJLed elements directly

* Rename TJLedGroup's AnyType parameter to ElementType

An element is no longer necessarily a TJLedAny now that TJLedGroup can hold
TJLed elements directly. Comment-only change to jled_events.h to match.

* Make JLedGroup a homogeneous by-value group, drop JLedAny

* Update group examples to use homogeneous JLed leds[]

* Delete group_nested example
and rewrite group chapter around homogeneous JLedGroup in the README
